As Founder and CEO, Nasrollah directs the daily operations of IDS and manages large projects for major accounts. Nasrollah holds a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Industrial Engineering from University of Missouri - Columbia. Nasrollah has over 20 years of experience in software development as a senior manager, systems engineer, systems architect, computer simulation engineer, software developer, database designer, and systems integrator. His hands-on management style and technical expertise guarantees outstanding results on all Customer projects. Nasrollah's Customers and professional relationships include major US companies such as Disney, Universal Music, NBC, Bank of America, Verizon, Beckman Instruments, Boeing, Rockwell International, RAND, Massachusetts Port Authority, California State University, and many more government and private institutions.

Ms. Fatemeh Kiani

President

As President of IDS, Dr. Kiani leads the company’s consulting activity and provides executive oversight to Hartwell Global. Dr. Kiani has over 25 years of experience in health care information systems, statistics, biostatistics, mathematical models, data analysis, and project management. She holds a Doctorate degree in Public Health in Research epidemiology from Loma Linda University and has been trained on quality of health care at Harvard University. She has been Director of Quality Outcome Management and Performance Improvement at multiple hospitals in the Los Angeles area for many years. She provides consultation and facilitation for a variety of quality management functions including process improvement and readiness for meeting regulatory and accreditation surveys. She is also currently a faculty member at Loma Linda University in California.

Mr. Rakesh Devarajan

Director/ Chief Operating Officer

As the COO of IDS India, Rakesh is primarily responsible for the entire operations of the company. Prior to joining IDS India, Rakesh has worked as a Sr. Consultant at Countrywide Financial Corporation in Calabasas, California. He was responsible for delivering IT solutions to the company’s Production Technologies Division and had made a significant contribution in developing business applications for the company’s Wholesale and Retail departments. Rakesh has over 15 years of experience in software development as a Program/Project manager, Software Engineer and Analyst. He has hands on experience in managing, architecting and developing large scale enterprise systems using heterogeneous technologies such as .Net, SQL server, JAVA, Oracle etc. Rakesh holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Mangalore University.

Mr. Joseph Varghese

Vice President Human Resources and Administration

Joseph brings nearly three decades of rich experience in General Management, Finance, Marketing, HR Management, and Training & Development in Electronics manufacturing and Information Technology industries. Joseph is very knowledgeable about principles, theories, and practical applications in both human resources and in management/administration. He is an active member, and often an officer, of professional organizations like Trivandrum Management Association, National Institute of Personnel Management etc. He is a graduate in Natural Science (physics), his master degree is in the social sciences (economics) and higher qualification in management. Prior to joining IDS India Joseph has worked in Government controlled public sector enterprises such as Keltron and as the operations head of a Swedish based technology firm Visionics India Pvt. Ltd. he is well versed in the Indian business context and expert in labor laws and applications as well as general administration.
